About Me

I am nationally (NCTMB) and state licensed in massage therapy, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and a 2004 graduate of Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork of Wisconsin. 

After 18 years as an IT professional I changed my career path to Massage Therapy.  I incorporate different modalities in each massage to give each person a session tailored to their individual needs.  My technique ranges from very specific deep tissue work to swedish massage.  Some of my additional trainings include Craniosacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cancer Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Jin Shin Do Accupressure, Ah shiatsu, Pregnancy Massage, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage, Reiki,  Fijian Massage, and Craniosacral for Equine.  Upon completion of massage school I have worked in 4 different chiropractic settings, a 5 diamond resort, Kohler Waters Spa, and have done volunteer massage for cancer patients and their care givers in a Hospice environment.  

In my spare time I enjoy nature and being outdoors.  My interests are hiking, backpacking, kayaking, camping, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, healthy cooking, and spending time with my husband and family.
